The cushion I ordered came wrong in three dimensions, but especially the length which was off by 1.5". The company was not quick to jump on sending a replacement. I waiting 9 weeks for the first one. Otherwise, the product looked good.

The finished product is great - However getting it took an extra two weeks - and the follow up from customer service is Horrible - no one answers the phone and it can take days to get a response back on an email - they told me it was going to ship one week late after I followed up past the original ship date - there was no early heads up - and then it ended up shipping more than two weeks late - So basically - they do great product - but if you want any kind of update - expect your email or phone call to go into a black hole and DO NOT expect to get it on time.

The ordering process from FoamOrder was simple, and I appreciated that they asked how I wanted the cushions to feel in firmness, rather than me have to decide what level to purchase. The online help was excellent - they were able to promptly and accurately answer my question, even on a holiday weekend. I also appreciated that I could sign a waiver so the delivery could occur without signing for the packages. The cushions fit perfectly and we're very pleased - it's like having a brand new sofa, but better! I have already recommended this process, and FoamOrder.com, to friends.

Our rattan furniture was so uncomfortable, but i ordered new foam for the slip covers, and less that 2 weeks later, its like we have all new furniture. My husband and i are fighting over who gets to sit on the couch...
