This took a long time and I was unable to get any updates as to what stage it was in. I would've like to be able to check on it, the order however didn't allow it online and when I tried to get an update via chat, they could not tell me either.

I was quite sure I gave the measurements in the correct order. The wrap was around the side, not the front. This was to replace a single cushion on a sofa with 2 cushions. It is much firmer than the cushion it is to match, and too firm to be comfortable. I will make do, but will have to purchase a new sofa soon.

These were for a bench seat outdoor. The thickness I chose is very comfortable. I was pleased with the color and found it true to the web site color. It did take a couple of months but the quality of the cushions is great. All love sitting on them.

I needed new couch cushions, since mine were 8 years old and little too floppy. I sent in my custom measurements, picked my style, and it took about 6 weeks to arrive. So far, no complaints! They fit perfectly, and delivery tracking/packaging was good. I'd recommend this company.

I received Exactly what I ordered and they fit perfectly into the back cushion of my Sofa and love seat which was previously stuffed with poly fill and sagged terribly. I would definitely do business with this company again if ever needed. Thank you for a great product and ease of ordering.
