I ordered custom cut memory foam pillows from them online and either picked them up at their San Francisco location, or had them ship them to me. Their online ordering process was quick, easy, and painless. They responded quickly via email and shipped the order, or had it ready, as promised. I purchased 2 custom window seat cushions from Foamorder and was very pleased with the quality of the cushions and the customer service. I had some questions before I placed my order online and called the store. They were very helpful and answered all of my questions. I found the online ordering process to be pretty easy with a more-than-adequate selection of fabric and foam.
