Steve helped me over the phone after days of searching for a company that could help us with our unusual daybed; but most important we were having out-of-town guests coming to visit and I really wanted the mattress here by June 21st if all possible! Great experience. Called for a couple pieces of foam and got much more. The 2 pieces of foam I ordered were custom cut and ready for PU 4 days later. When I arrived at the store I spoke with the woman up front about the project I'm doing, a headboard. She gave me some great information and because of her I think it's going to be even more beautiful and refined

I ordered a new seat cushion for quite an old mini-wing chair. I spent the time before it came convinced it wouldn't fit, that the measuring was too hard, that it was all a mistake. It wasn't easy to stuff the new pillow into the slipcover, because it was a perfect fit. We're now eying other things around the house and will definitely return.

Just wanted to say the foam is awesome! I was a little hesitant about my measurements, but everything fit well inside the cover, and it is night and day difference for the support of the cushion (dare I say a bit firmer than expected), but I think our other cushions were so bad that it is just a point of reference. Thanks again for a great product and looking forward to many many years of service. Now to find the perfect mattress topper!
