The HDR is definitely firm. I only ordered the foam not the decron. ( i saved my original) Prices are higher than average however the density for firmness is consistent. My ONLY complaint is that the foam tears VERY easily which i find strange. My old cushions I couldn’t tear even if i tired. This HDR foam rips/tears so easily when i was reapplying the covers back on.

Took the full two weeks to ship, but that was explained in the confirmation email. Foam insert fits iike a glove, firmly replacing saggy old recliner insert. No chemical odors. Would recommend to all.
