I was so entirely pleased with Foamorder from start to finish. I had an idea what I wanted and what I needed. However, I spoke to an agent and he spent a good 30 minutes explaining all the differences in the products etc. I was entirely wrong in my thinking. He gave me excellent solid advice and I appreciated that he did not intentionally steer me to more expensive products. He was very cost conscientious. He also was pretty much an expert on all things regarding reupholstery and foam. They solved all my problems. I was able to save a leather couch I adore rather than buy a new one, which I really didn’t want to do. Their customer service and follow up also was most exceptional. I totally recommend them. They really did all the right things and made the process so easy and painless. I appreciate all the time and energy they expended on me. Definitely can trust them.

I just used my foam purchase in a cushion for my cedar chest. It was very well made and cut perfectly. I appreciated the fact that it was already wrapped in Dacron. The cushion is firm and should last for years.

Assuming I did not measure correctly, the foam barely fit into the cover. It makes the seat look a bit warped, but as more people sit in the chair the seat cushion seems to be flattening out. Don't think I will have to take the foam out and shave off the sides.

All of our furniture stores including the place we bought our furniture from made a big production out of replacing the cushions. Poor service and high prices were the rule not the exception.

My order came in the predicted timeframe, in great condition. (Compressed into a tight, manageable roll, wrapped in heavy plastic by someone with a tape fetish— which in this case is a really good thing! The fabrics covers are high quality, the patterns at the seams were very well matched, and each fit the foam perfectly. I couldn’t be happier.
