My cat peed on my sofa cushion, and while the cover was removeable, and I was able to wash it in the machine, I couldn't get the smell out of the foam no matter how long I soaked it and what product I used. I finally decided to order a new foam piece and I took the measurements and put in my order. I'm thrilled with the product. It's a bit firmer, since it hasn't been used, but it looks exactly the same and fits perfectly.

I ordered 1 replacement cushion foam custom designed for our sectional couch. The online measurement tutorial was the most valuable part of the process to ensure I wasn’t making my own mistakes. The foam insert was perfect! I recently ordered a 2nd one and plan on getting 3 more soon!

I tried to order a piece of memory foam for a dog bed and the representative recommended against solid memory foam for that purpose. Instead, they built it with half memory foam and the other half regular foam. Additionally, they wrapped it with a nylon type product that made it really easy to slide into the bed cover. Great job!

Exactly what I ordered for my wicker rocking chair. I needed to ask questions before I placed the order and they were answered very quickly and accurately. Shipping to Canada was within estimate even during shipping delays due to Covid.
