I had an expensive 20 year old American Leather couch - with collapsed seat pads. This option seemed worth a try to save it for not that much money. I was skeptical that I would end up being satisfied with the result, but I figured it was worth a try. As it turns out, I'm very pleasantly surprised how well this has worked out. The couch once again sits like new. You do have to carefully measure, and the delivery is not super quick, but overall a great experience. Installing the cushion inserts is a bit of a chore (the fit is tight), but if you don't rush it you'll be fine. Highly recommended.

Our new cushions fit perfectly and give much better support than our original ones. It did however, take much longer than expected for our order to be filled. But it was worth the wait.

I replaced the foam in the seat cushions of two 15- year old, expensive leather chairs. The original cushions were never satisfactory and bottomed out early on, but the Foam Order cushions look like they are going to work. The chairs no longer look worn out due to the now well-filled cushions, a big plus. The cut foam clearly followed the pattern I submitted. I think the website could stand significant improvement, but a courteous employee helped me on the phone with my questions. It would be helpful to include a "tip sheet" in the foam shipment regarding strategies for stuffing the cushions back into the cases.

I ordered foam for my older couch. The seat cushions were sinking. These came and fit perfectly. They are so much nicer to sit on. Will definitely order again through this company b/c of the quality and they did everything right the first time.
