While important to describe exactly what you need, and take photos of every piece required, I couldn't have been happier with the professionalism of the sales staff that took care of my order to restuff my sofa chair. I suppose the only way the chair could have come out any better is if I had brought it in to their place of business to be custom fit.

I used this product to replace cushions on my couch, love seat and chair. These were fine furniture in their day. The upholstery was still in real good shape but the cushions were nearly flat. The new cushions fit perfectly, were cut exact and wrapped professionally. I ordered firm because we are an elderly couple and need good support. Its like we have new furniture! Thanks foamorder!

small tear upon arrival. Pattern does not line up correctly. I waited so long so I'm keeping it, but overall not a great product for the cost.
