The sofa purchased was not very old, but the cushions started to sag quite a bit after about 4 - 5 years. Purchased a couple of custom cushions to replace, followed the directions on how to measure the dimensions. Everything turned out great! The new cushions were cut exactly as expected, are very comfortable and bring many more years to the old sofa.

The custom cut natural latex cushions with organic wool book wrap are hefty and top quality. They fit my couch cushion covers perfectly and will extend the life of my couch for quite a few years - exactly my objective. I love sitting on my couch now; I'm no longer sinking into the old foam. Customer service team is great too, I asked for a specific shipping timeframe to accommodate time I would be away from home. They were so responsive, promising to get the product to me before or after my requested date.
