Ordered new cushions for my old couch that I love. Watched the YouTube video on how to measure & read all the advice on site. I measured the covers & not the old foam as suggested. I waited the week for foam to be fully expanded as recommended. But still came out wrong. Seems to be a couple inches to short on length & an inch to short on thickness. But I will say the cushions are good material. I had replaced these before but with just regular foam The kind that doesn’t last. So I was happy to find HR foam. Great price & fast shipping. Unfortunately don’t know what to do with the cushions now.

I ordered three sofa cushions through foam order several months ago. The ordering process and customer service was perfect. However, when I received the order the cushion covers were separate from the foam cushions. The zipper was installed on the short depth of the cushion. There was no possibility of inserting the stiff cushion through such a small opening. After sending an email to the company, it was suggested that I watch a video that instructed the user to employ a plastic bag and a vacuum to reduce the size of the cushion in order to fit into the opening. This did not turn out to be a workable solution. Subsequently, I took the cushion covers to a local tailor and they removed the original zipper and installing longer zippers along the length of the cushion. I was charged an additional $75 for the service and it was still akin to wrestling a gorilla to insert the stiff foam cushions into the covers. I like the fabric and the cushion and I would not hesitate to order again if only the foam arrived pre-inserted into the cushion.
