After shopping around for someone to make replacement cushions for my Midcentury Modern couch and chair, I found Foam Order and was really pleased with the services offered, ability to order online, straight forward production process, time frame, and friendly customer service. The cost was competitive, even slightly less, than other places I contacted and I'm happy to have given my business to a local company. Had 2 sofas used in a rental situation. The sofas withstood years of abuse and we were looking at having to purchase new sofas. Made some quick measurements on the first sofa and gave foam order a try to see if we could remedy the problem of having cushions looking like blobs in our living room. They worked perfectly. Ordered 3 more right away for the other sofa. Will end up with 2 sofas that are definitely better than new because “new” consisted of pillows with the cheapest foam imaginable. The new foam will likely hold its shape for many years.

I have a sofa with reversible (loose) cushions with zippers which had become somewhat mashed down and quite soft. The sofa looked good except for the cushions and was well cared for. I had never tried anything like this before but after pricing new sofas i decided to try upgrading the foam. I chose a high quality foam and had it wrapped like the interior foam was originally. The foam arrived and it was a very quick exercise to swap out the old for the new. The refurbished cushions look like new and they are nice and firm. The back cushions did not have foam so i sourced some poly-dak and inserted it in the existing padding in the back cushions. They plumped out and firmed up nicely This is an easy job for a novice and you will be well pleased with the quality and value of the products from foamorder.com
