I ordered a custom foam cushion for our window seat and it is perfect. I wasn't sure which type of foam to order -- density, thickness, etc. I spoke to a representative a couple of times and she was extremely helpful. She listened to my needs and advised me on what to order. She was knowledgeable, clear, courteous, and patient. The foam cushion arrived in a timely manner and was thoroughly packaged. This is my 6th order from FoamOrder over the past 6 years.. Each time I replace furniture seat cushions with the V54 Very firm foam (we prefer very firm cushions). To date, each cushion is still as firm today as it was when it was delivered. Ordering was easy and delivery time was less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied customer.
