I have no problem with with product. I spent over $400 on foam cushions for a kitchen banquette. I then had to order a small piece which cost $25-30. The shipping was $30!!!! The box was not big and surely not heavy. I will probably not order from them again.

I had bought a disappointing bench cushion for a window seat elsewhere. But I liked the cover. So using it, and with some help over the phone, I was able to order the perfect cushion for inside it. Now I love it, and spend a lot of time in my new window seat. I would definitely recommend this.
