I measured correctly per your instruction. The foam pieces seem too big. Is it a matter of really forcing it in? These are sofa replacement cushions.

I ordered the DuraFlex D40 Medium foam with dacron wrap. I was a bit nervous that I wouldn’t get the measurements right but I did watch the video and evidently it helped because the measurements were essentially correct. It’s a bit smaller than the original foam I had in my couch (there’s a gap in between each cushion) and also thinner. I had to use the new + original foam because I could feel the bottom of the couch with the new foam. Overall it worked out well.

The batting wrapped cushions I ordered from foamorder.com came days before the projected date and fit perfectly. It's like having a new sofa for a small fraction of the price! I highly recommend!

I replaced the bottom cushions of my couch. Sadly the foam I picked out doesn’t feel any more comfortable than the original. Might be better to do this in person to be able to feel the product and consult with an expert. I used the chat feature but didn’t get helpful answers. Always said someone would follow up but that never happened. It was a gamble!
