I had two challenging cushion orders. I had previously visited a different store and was very unhappy with the results. Steve went the extra mile to design a product that would meet my needs. Although it took several attempts for the shop to produce the correct result, Steve kept working with his team to ensure I was happy. And because I live an hour away, he shipped the final order to my home to save me another trip. I would not hesitate to do business with Steve and the Foam Store again.

We needed a couple of long narrow pillows for our homebuilt RV bed. These are reasonably priced, seem like really good quality and are exactly the size we ordered. It took longer than 2 weeks, but I wasn't expecting anything right away. So, have a little patience (likely need a little more due to the times we are in), and you'll get what you want.

FoamOrders website has a great diagram in which to accurately measure the different lengths on your sofa cushions foam inserts. However when I called to confirm my order, the rep would not pull up their diagram to confirm the measurements were correct. Instead, the (I talked to two reps) wanted to verbally describe the side and lengths of my L - shape cushions which was very confusing. I should have hung up the phone then. If I lived near their California store and went in person, maybe my order would have been correct. I live on the east coast and the diagram was essential! Unfortunately, my foam I inserts arrived and were incorrect. FoamOrder only gives in store refunds and no free returns. No thank you! A big waste of a lot of money!
