The actual product is very high quality and completely satisfactory. The chair cushions are perfect. However I sent exact measurements for the banquet cushions and one of them was too long. I will be able to cut it and use it anyway but was disappointed that it was not exact. Would give a 5 star if not for the incorrect length of one cushion.

Six custom cut and dacron wrapped seat cushions were absolutely perfectly done. I sent a seat bottom template made our of copy paper and the size was cut perfectly. The order was quickly and efficiently completed and shipped. Very very satisfied!
