I had to reach out about our order when it didn't ship in time instead of someone letting us know. The dacron wrap was so thin we had to use the wrap from our old cushions to make up for the volume. I measured exactly as the website told me to and if it wasnt for our old dacron, the cushions wouldve been too small. The medium firm is REALLY REALLY firm. It's like sitting on a board and that was also disappointing as these were cushion for our every day sofa. I can only hope they break it eventually. Overally, I don't think I would invest hundred of dollars on cushions with this company again.

Built a custom sectional couch in my camper and needed cushions for it. My cushions arrived in a timely manner and were cut to perfection. The quality is great and I can tell they will last. I covered them myself. Very pleased!

I made the slip covers according to the measurements of the foam without the dacron cover, and they fit perfectly. Added just enough to tighten up the fabric.
