The foam in my chair had reached the end of its useful life, and it was becoming uncomfortable to sit on. Using the video and instructions provided, I measured for a new foam cushion. It was one of the T - type cushions. It was a little tricky, but I apparently did a pretty good job as it fit in the cover well. This is actually the second foam cushion I've purchased. And, I'm so pleased that I'm getting a third for a back cushion. It is so nice to be able to replace the foam. It's like I have a new, comfortable chair!

My House came with a window seat but no cushion, which rendered the window seat unusable.. Foam Order did a great job creating the cushion, it fits perfectly, I’m a happy customer

This cushion arrived and I cannot use it. This company came up when I searched for pottery barn replacement cushions. I ordered a back cushion for a sofa, medium softened but what arrived is hard as a rick - literally harder than my outdoor SEAT cushions. It’s useless I have to throw it away. Wasted $100
