I bought a small rectangle custom sized for use as a camping mattress. It was expensive to ship and arrived folded and bent up. It was abraised and the one end had a 6 inch cut in it. It was the right size and material. With time the bends have resolved and I cut 2 inches off the bottom to rid the cut piece. I think for the cost, a little more care could have been taken.

Our son bought an older, classic ski boat with a captain's seat that needed repair. He wanted to keep the original vinyl, so we ordered foam to DIY rather than take it to a shop. We ordered 3 different pieces of foam; one denser for the seat, a thicker piece for the backrest, and a thinner piece for the back of the seat. Working with the foam itself was easy. It looks great, and feels good, too. He was very pleased as his goal was to keep the original look of the boat!

Custom cut foam order arrived scratched and with holes indicating that it was packaged and shipped with known defects. In addition, the two foam pieces I ordered were supposed to be cut to the same width, but were not evenly cut at all when laid side by side. I was not expecting to receive poorly cut scrap material and would not recommend.
