EVA Foam (Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate) is a firm, closed-cell foam with a softer, rubbery feel compared to polyethylene (cross-poly) foam. Its surface compresses when pressed but quickly retains its shape. The UV resistance, waterproof properties, and durability of EVA foam make it ideal for outdoor applications and popular for cosplay foam projects.
We provide precision cutting for foam sheet shapes and squares and custom patterns using advanced cutting machinery. Available in thicknesses from 1/8" to 4", EVA foam delivers clean, accurate cuts.
NOTE: Cylinders and wedges deeper than 2 inches cannot be cut.
