Return and Exchange Policies

Cancellation Policy

Use the link in your email confirmation to check if your order has already entered production. If it hasn’t, you may cancel it using that link. After an order has entered production, to properly handle order cancellations, all requests must be submitted via email to order.status@foamorder.com. To guarantee that your order has been canceled, you will need to receive a confirmation email from us. Cancellations over the phone will not be accepted. Once an order has been started or shipped, it may not be canceled.

Many of our items are not returnable as they are custom made. Some items are exchangeable. All returned/exchanged merchandise must be in “brand new” condition by our assessment (except warranty claims). Merchandise must be returned in original boxes (if any) and packaging. Hairs, dirt, odors, or stains on any item are not acceptable returns. To make a return or ask for an exception, you must email product-info@foamorder.com or call (415) 503-1188 and obtain a Return Authorization Number. Attach this Return Authorization Number to the outside of the return package. No returns will be accepted that do not have a Return Authorization Number attached to the outside packaging.

Watch this video on how to compress your latex mattress topper. This same process can be done with foam cushions exchanges. Since UPS/FedEx charge by size this will greatly reduce your costs if you need to return your latex mattress topper.

Latex Mattresses

  • Return Policy: Refundable within 100 day trial less initial delivery or shipping charges
  • Exchange Policy: We offer a 100-day trial from delivery. You may exchange inner layers for different firmnesses.
  • Shipping Responsibility: We pay for RETURN shipping

Natural Latex “Pick Your Layers”

  • Return Policy: May be returned within 90 days less initial delivery or shipping charges without restocking fees
  • Exchange Policy: Layers may be exchanged within 90 days of receipt. There is a fee to increase firmness.
  • Shipping Responsibility: We pay for RETURN shipping

Latex Toppers

  • Return Policy: Any 3" layer or soft density layer may be returned within 90 days less initial delivery or shipping charges. All other thicknesses are subject to 25% restocking fee.
  • Exchange Policy: May be exchanged within 30 days of receipt for store credit only, less a 25% restocking fee
  • Shipping Responsibility: We pay for RETURN shipping

Custom Cut Latex Toppers

  • Return Policy: Not Returnable
