Down Cushions and Envelopes

The shape you chose requires you to send us a pattern.

We will make your envelope or cushion based on the pattern you send us (directions on how to send us your pattern will be given after you complete your order). See the diagram to the right for more information.

Find a similar shape to get a price estimate.

To enable us to give you an estimated price for this project, you must select a shape that is a rough approximation of your pattern. It need not be an exact match — just close.
(Scroll down to find a matching shape.)

Please read these very important instructions:
We can make a cushion or envelope from any curved shape (the pattern shown above is just one example of a curved shape). Prepare us a FULL SIZE paper pattern from either newspaper or butcher paper. Tape multiple sheets together for larger patterns.
  1. Double-check the size to make sure the pattern reflects the exact size and shape you want.
  2. Indicate on the pattern which side is the front or top of your shape.
  3. Indicate on the pattern the side or sides on which zippers will be located.

After submitting your order you will be able to print a pre-addressed form which will have your order number on it. Tape this to the outside of your envelope and mail your pattern to our shop. Your credit card will not be charged for this item until we receive your pattern.
