The primary health concern of latex foam is the inhalation of fumes that may be generated during combustion.

Latex Foam Products Natural and/or Synthetic Foam may contain natural rubbers, synthetic rubbers, and rubber curatives that have been known to cause allergic reactions in some individuals.

Latex foam is suitable for disposal via municipal landfill or incineration in most states and municipalities. Consult local regulations before disposing of latex foam.
