FoamOrder makes replacement outdoor cushions built to the dimensions of the set you already own. Send us the measurements of your old cushion and we cut new foam and sew new covers to fit it. That works whether your set is ten years old, a discontinued model, or a brand that stopped selling inserts years ago.
You can replace the whole cushion or just the foam. If your existing covers are still sound, order foam-only inserts and keep the covers you have. If the fabric is what failed, we rebuild both using marine-grade or Sunbrella® fabric that holds its color through a full season of direct sun. We make replacement patio cushions for metal chairs, wicker sofas, gliders, ottomans, daybeds, and benches, including seat cushions, back cushions, and chaise lounge cushions. Easy Outdoor Cushions Replacement
Our replacement cushions for outdoor furniture are made from high-quality, open-cell (reticulated) outdoor foam that will withstand the elements and last for 10 years or more with regular use. We offer three firmness options for maximum comfort — medium, medium-firm and firm Outdoor Foam. The high-density foam measures 1.8 lb./ft.³, which means it provides more support and takes much longer to permanently compress than the 1.2 lb./ft.³ foam many manufacturers use.
In addition, we offer a broad selection of durable weather- and stain-resistant Sunbrella® fabrics to customize your patio look. This fashionable material adds protection and is custom-sewn. FoamOrder.com also offers natural hemp fabric, and if you send us your own fabric, we will turn it into a cover. Skip this step if you just need the foam to switch out from the old cushion.
