                  Custom Cut Foam

We offer precision-cut foam in a wide range of open-cell and closed-cell foam materials, densities (1.2–8.0 lbs/ft³), and firmness levels (ILD 13–90), tailored to your exact size and shape. Choose from basic shapes like rectangles, squares, circles, and cylinders, or request something custom using your own pattern.

Options include polyurethane foam, memory foam, natural latex, as well as closed-cell foams like EVA, Cross-Poly, Flotex, and Volara—each with unique performance characteristics. All foam is cut to order in the USA, made for versatility, durability, and precision.

                  Conventional Foams

Flexible, open-cell foams designed for cushioning, support, and softness. These materials are breathable and compressible, making them ideal for comfort-focused or general-purpose applications.

                  Packing Foam

Lightweight, shock-absorbing foam used for packaging, shipping, and protective padding. (Density: 1.2 lbs/ft³). ILD: 36

                  Memory Foam
