Yes, but not online. La-Z-Boy handles cushion and parts orders through the store where you bought your furniture. You'll need the ACK, Style, and Cover numbers from the Product ID tag on the underside of your piece, and every parts order carries a shipping fee.
Cushion warranties run one to five years depending on the foam, and they only cover the original purchaser with proof of purchase. After that, you pay for the parts and any technician labor.
If your furniture is still under warranty, start with your La-Z-Boy dealer or review their parts and warranty page. If it's out of warranty, you bought it secondhand, or you want a firmer foam that holds its shape longer, that is exactly where we come in.

Pick a foam family for how the cushion will be used, then a specific foam. Density (lbs/ft³) drives durability, and firmness is rated by ILD (Indentation Load Deflection): the higher the number, the firmer the seat. Most La-Z-Boy sofas ship with ComfortCore cushions, which use layered foam to resist sagging. After years of daily use, those layers soften. Replacing the insert lets you restore the original feel or step up to a denser core.

GOLS-certified organic latex made from rubber-tree sap. It's naturally breathable, antimicrobial, and biodegradable, at roughly 5.9 lb/ft³ density throughout. Latex gives a springy, responsive seat that pushes back as you sit, a good fit for a La-Z-Boy sofa or recliner that needs more lift than the original.

Lightweight, budget foam (1.2 lb/ft³) for shipping and light-use padding. It isn't built for repeated compression, so choose a seating foam above for sofa cushions in regular use.
A wrap goes around the foam to round its edges and fill out the cover for a finished, upholstered look. La-Z-Boy tops its cushions with batting, so a Dacron wrap is essential for filling out your original covers without a baggy look. Dacron is standard and strongly recommended on every cushion.

Most La-Z-Boy sofa cushions sit loose on the seat deck and don't need ties. For recliner seats or cushions that tend to slide, anchor them with chair ties (two strands per set, sewn from your cover fabric and knotted) or Velcro straps. Order up to eight sets, and specify placement, spacing, and tie length; 10" (25 cm) is standard.
Choose where the zipper goes. It's flapped and hidden, and on sofa cushions the usual spot is the back edge that faces the sofa back, so the zipper never shows:

Yes. Loose seat and back cushions with zippered covers are the easiest to replace: unzip the cover, slide out the old foam, and insert the new cushion. On many La-Z-Boy recliners, the seat cushion lifts out after you release the fasteners underneath, and the back cushion slides up off brackets on each side. Cushions that are sewn or stapled to the frame, which is common on reclining sofas, usually need a local upholsterer to install new foam.
Yes, as long as your measurements match your original cushion covers. Measure the cover, not the old foam, since worn foam shrinks and compresses. For T-cushions, measure both the full front width and the width behind the arms. New foam may take up to 72 hours to fully expand.

Yes. Order foam only and slide the new inserts into your existing covers. Foam-only orders ship in about 3 to 14 days. If your covers are worn or faded, we can sew new ones from over 1,000 fabrics, and orders with covers ship in about 4 to 6 weeks.
La-Z-Boy Outdoor patio furniture uses cushions that sit outside on cast aluminum, wicker, and wood frames, so they need foam that drains. Our outdoor foam is open-cell and dries quickly, and we offer outdoor fabrics including Sunbrella. Start with our outdoor cushions.
Our indoor polyurethane foams are made without the chemicals people worry about most in furniture foam. That includes formaldehyde, PBDE and Tris flame retardants, mercury, lead and other heavy metals, ozone depleters, and the phthalates regulated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. They’re also tested for low VOC emissions, under 0.5 parts per million, which is the off-gassing behind a strong new-foam smell. Independent labs verify all of this through CertiPUR-US® certification.
New foam can still have a faint smell for the first few days. Letting it air out in a ventilated room before you put it in the covers helps it fade faster. If you’d rather skip polyurethane entirely, our organic latex is GOLS certified, which means it’s made from at least 95% certified organic raw material.
