What type of foam is this? This product uses Econoflex polyurethane foam with a density of 1.8 lb/ft³. This density is commonly used in many furniture cushions and upholstery applications where affordability and flexibility are priorities.

How should I choose firmness? Lower ILDs feel softer and compress more easily, while higher ILDs feel firmer and offer more pushback. The best choice depends on the feel you want and how the foam will be used.

Can I cut this foam at home? Yes. A long sharp knife or electric carving knife works well for straight cuts and simple shapes.

Is this foam good for everyday seating? It can work well for lighter-use applications. For seating that receives heavy, everyday use, many customers prefer a higher-density foam designed for longer service life.

Will the foam soften over time? Some softening with use is normal. Conventional polyurethane foam typically changes more over time than high-resiliency foam, particularly in demanding applications.

Warranty Term: 3-Year Limited Warranty, prorated after 1.5 years.

Coverage: Warranted not to form visible depressions in excess of 1".

Credit Policy: If a visible indentation occurs before 50% of the warranty period has expired, you will receive 100% credit. After that time period the credit is prorated.

Not covered: Localized firmness changes are normal and not covered under warranty.
