After nine years, our West Elm couch needed help. The frame and fabric were still in excellent condition, but the cushions were in sad shape. I loved our couch and didn't want to give up on it altogether, and someone on Reddit pointed me here. The idea of measuring my own custom cushions was daunting, but customer service was super helpful and provided excellent advice on how to measure and which kind of cushions were the best fit. We definitely held our breathing stuffing the new cushions in (I was so worried we'd mis-measured!) but they fit PERFECTLY, and now our beloved couch looks brand-spanking new. I'm SO happy with our purchase and would definitely buy here again! 10/10 all around.

There were a lot of choices so we could get exactly what we wanted. The website made it easy to order, the foam came quickly and was exactly the right size. I have two-25 yr old Hickory easy chairs. They need new cushions. Hickory mentioned foamorder. I ordered 2 custom bottom cushions. Easy to measure and order. Our chairs are so much more comfortable. I will now order the two back cushions. Great product
