The product received was in great shape and turned out to be very very nice… Really like the way it looks once the covers were put over the cushions. The only drawback… I was told it was going to arrive by a certain date… And it was delayed by over a week. Hard to schedule my projects when I don’t have accurate delivery dates… But other than the delay in receiving the product, the company was easy to work with, and the product turned out fantastic.

I ordered a futon to turn an office into a guest bedroom. The memory foam in the futon wasn’t sufficient to make it comfortable for sleeping so I found this company online while searching for foam mattress toppers that I could order with customer dimensions. The customer service during the ordering process was great and I was very happy with the product quality upon receipt. Most importantly, my guest said that she slept very comfortably! I needed two replacement foam cushions for my couch. I didn’t know what to do! I did a search engine search and found this website. I found instructions how to measure for replacements and ordered them. I received the foam cushions fairly quickly. They were perfect! I am thinking of ordering more to replace the other cushions of my couch! It couldn’t be any easier or convenient to order! And the foam cushions are of great quality! Thank you!

Product arrived on time, is the right size and is nicely made, but it is so hard that its almost unusable as a back cushion on an upholstered chair. Note I did NOT order the extra firm. I had no idea it would have no give.
