Why buy a new sofa when you can spend $200 or less refurbishing the one you have now?! This is what I did, and i'm extremely pleased not to sink to the floor any longer when I sit on my 1993 sofa. Ah. It's a good feeling to be at the right height. I watched the vids on the site and they helped, but I found I also had to call to make sure I was measuring correctly, and the man on the phone was helpful.

Ample notification was provided on shipping updates and order arrived a little earlier than expected. Product was great. It did not take seven days to come back to full size so I was happy about that.
