1) I ordered the cushions to be 22.5 inches wide. Came in at just 22. Gaps between the cushions. 2)Special instructions clearly to wrap top and front only, came in fully wrapped. 3) I ordered firm cushion material. Two are firm, one is soft. 4) the cut in front of the soft cushion is terribly cut, and it shows. I would love to get my nearly $300 back. This is an unacceptable order. I have more pictures. But could only post one.

Great innovative product well ahead of its time -- and eco friendly too in the sense that a sectional sofa frame with sagging cushions does not have to wind up in a landfill. Just freshen up "the look" and upgrade to more durable foam cushions for less than a third of the cost for replacing the entire thing.

The foam cushions have restored my 10-year-old couch to good. As new period the rest of the couch was in excellent condition. It was just the cushions that had gone flat. Period replacing the cushions saved me hundreds of dollars, and I ended up with a brand new couch. I would tell people the most important thing is to measure carefully so that everything fits in the cushion covers period mine turned out perfect
