I doubt if my comments will make your testimonial page. BEWARE of the Warranty. We slept on our mattress for only 5 months before we noticed a sag. After contacting Tempurpedic, we found that we were going to have to provide pictorial proof of a 3/4" sag, which our mattress did not have at that time. The company does not seem to take into consideration that a "slight" sag becomes a "great" sag when a human being is lying on it! My husband and I feel a sensation of rolling toward the center of the bed and whichever one of us is sleeping on it awakes with shoulder and neck pain. I wonder if the manufacturers would enjoy sleeping on the mattress in this condition??? However, each month I keep measuring and the sag is gradually getting deeper. Maybe we will get our mattress replaced before we will need the services of a chiropracter?

I have the Rhapsody Tempurpedic on the Ergo System. I highly recommend this if you have any joint or circulation issues. I have Fibromyalgia, since I have had this bed almost 2 yrs. I do not wake up stiff and with pain. In fact I have had only 1 flare up with the fibromyalgia since I got the bed and I felt so bad, I climbed in bed, put the massage unit on, elevated my feet, instantly fell asleep and awoke 45 mins. later pain free and refreshed. Have never noticed an odor and have never felt hot. Those of you with back issues.....should consider the ergo system. I never realized the support difference. What's a good nights sleep worth.

The smell has not been bad. I am using the cut apple at my feet on a paper plate and baking soda at my head end which I put in a plastic Tupperware containr to expose more surface to absorb the odors. I have the waterproof cover on it. I bought the ergo adjustable base and am enjoying it immensely. The mattress is firm and I plan on following tips to soften it. For the most part it is helping my back and neck. (20 plus history of pain from car wreck). Received mattress on Tuesday (2 nights ago).

My wife and I have had this Tempurpedic for 45 days. It still smells and we can't get a good nights sleep. We wake up every morning with back pain. Definately not worth the 3k we spent on it. Make sure you purchase it on-line, they give you a 90 day trial. We bought at the back store in Peoria Il and they give you 30 days exchange. Now, we have a 3k mattress in our spare bedroom. Do your research.
