It is not very often that something totally exceeds my expectations. You have managed to do just that! UPS just dropped off the window seat cushion and I couldn’t wait to tear open the package.

WOW!!! YOU DID SUCH AN AMAZING JOB!!!!

I certainly did not expect the fabric pattern on the welting to follow the pattern on the cushion – both top and bottom, mind you. And, as a bonus, the front pattern lines up perfectly with a vertical support of the bench! Couldn’t have planned that better myself!

I am completely amazed! And stunned! And thrilled! The cushion provides the absolutely PERFECT finishing touch! You’ll also be pleased to know the cushion has received approval from our cat, Cleo and I KNOW this area will become a favorite sunning/napping spot for her as well as a great comfy resting spot for everyone in the family.

I just got my replacement seat cushion today and I am thrilled. Not only were the representatives at foamorder.com super nice about my measurement corrections, they made the extra effort to contact the off-site factory and modified my order for me. Thank you so much for your kindness, patience and attention to detail. I am placing my second order today. It's really wonderful to be able to d-i-y my sofa and armchair renewal. I feel like I am getting brand new seating (well, the most important part is brand new now).
