It is important to choose proper pillow thickness based on comfort and individual shoulder dimensions to promote this anatomically correct posture. A pillow that forces your head too high or allows it to fall too far back not only places stress on your neck, but also inhibits air flow through your breathing channels.

HOW TO FIT A TempurPedic Pillow:
Based on your build, you should be able to make a fairly quick determination as to which size would be a good starting point for the fitting process (when in doubt, start with a Medium).

1. Place the first pillow under your neck.
2. Give yourself a moment to adjust to the unique feeling.
3. Switch to the next largest size, asking the question "which is more comfortable?"
4. Based on your response, continue to switch the pillows (similar to an eye test) until you find one that is "best" and provides proper alignment of your head, neck and spine.

Pressure Relieving TEMPUR ® material absorbs and redistributes pressure (body weight) across the entire surface area to relieve painful pressure points and reduce tossing and turning. Dropping a ball on TEMPUR material illustrates how the material seems to catch the ball and cushion the impact by absorbing the pressure exerted by its free-falling weight.
