Free Shipping

We offer FREE SHIPPING on any order with a SUBTOTAL over $1200 (see NYC rates below). On any order with a SUBTOTAL over $900 we offer 50% off shipping. The shipping address must be within the lower 48 United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, we do guarantee freight not to exceed 18% for mattress or bedroom furniture orders over $1200. Free or discounted shipping is not offered for any other international addresses. Free or discounted shipping is offered for SINGLE orders only; multiple orders cannot be combined to take advantage of this offer. These special shipping prices do not apply to orders containing neoprene items, even when combined with other items. Certain items may be excluded from free shipping due to their weight or dimensions—you will see in the shopping cart that shipping charges will apply. Free or discounted shipping offers do not apply to wholesale orders or specially priced items listed in your Account. Items added to the shopping cart as Re-Orders from your Account also will not receive shipping discounts (if you instead add the item to your cart from the web site, discounted shipping could be applied).

When we offer free shipping this includes one delivery attempt. Deliveries are to the curbside of your apartment or house and not inside. Sometimes, the contents of an order contain boxes that are heavy and require two people to safely move them. (A $20 bill will most likely sweet talk the driver to help you carry them inside, or have a friend handy when the delivery shows up.) Further, you will be charged for any additional delivery attempts.

If a free-shipping order is returned, you are responsible for shipping both ways. In other words, the free shipping is lost and you will have to pay both the original and the return shipping costs.

Save on Shipping Costs

You can save on freight costs if you ship to a commercial business address. Large furniture orders usually ship on pallets and require a 4-hour delivery window to residential address while commercial addresses usually don't. Please use a phone number such as a cell phone so you can be easily contacted.

Inspect All Deliveries

Since furniture is damaged most frequently while it is unloaded, always remember to closely help/supervise the driver while he is unloading your furniture. Speak up and voice your concerns loudly. (These are commercial drivers and they don't know that it is fragile furniture they are handling.) Then take time to inspect each package for damage such as tears, holes, or crush marks EVEN IF THE DRIVER IS IN A HURRY. If there is any damage, simply note the word "damaged" where he asks you to sign your name, and we will take care of the rest, including replacing damaged pieces and all associated charges, QUICKLY.

Military Shipping

A note to our customers serving in the military overseas: If you are ordering items to be shipped to a base overseas, please be aware of the following restrictions:

We can only ship small and light items to APO or FPO addresses. If you are ordering mattresses or large items, please provide us with the city and country of the destination address.

Please note that, although we will investigate to find the least expensive way to ship your order, international orders may cost several hundred dollars to ship.

General Shipping Information

If we make a mistake on your order, we will be responsible for the shipping and replacement costs. For all other orders, you are responsible for any restocking fees and shipping charges, unless otherwise noted.

For orders sent to a destination within the United States (excepting Alaska and Hawaii), UPS Ground Delivery is the quickest and most cost-effective method. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and all international destinations are typically sent via the United States Postal Service. This is the best method for delivering orders outside the UPS Ground Delivery zones.

There is a $3 handling fee for each package. We do everything possible to keep our prices low, and this includes working to minimize your shipping costs.

Special item notes: Y37ch acoustic foam and Y33 packing foam are very inexpensive. However, because they are very light foams that take up a lot of space, you will sometimes pay almost the same in shipping for these items as you will for the items themselves. Also, please note that pillows can be large for their weight. Large orders of pillows shipped to the Midwest or to the East Coast may be subject to oversize shipping charges.

NYC orders: Freight orders (those too big for UPS or FedEx) to New York City, New York receive a surcharge of $48 for the commercial trucks to enter the city. This fee will be charged even if your order meets free shipping.

Please remember that the UPS Ground Delivery shipping rate we provide is an estimate only. The actual shipping price can be affected by the following:

• There is a $3 handling fee for each package.
• UPS adds approximately $30 to each oversize box (exceeding 84 inches in combined length and girth). This fee is usually avoided.
• We vacuum-pack large foam pieces to avoid the oversize charge for an additional $5 handling fee (note that we will choose the least costly method for shipping your items).
• Any package containing over $100 worth of merchandise will be insured, at $0.35 per $100.
