This drainable property is perfect for areas in which cushions may get wet. Add dacron wrap to make your cushions plush and full.   Note: Solid pieces can measure up to a maximum of 48" (122 cm) wide by 72" (183 cm) long. Sizes larger than this will be bonded together. The resulting seam is warranted for the life of the foam. If you prefer to conceal the seam on these larger pieces, we recommend that you order Dacron wrap.

Leave them in the sun for a few minutes and they're ready to sit on.

Add dacron wrap to make your cushions plush and full. If you don't order the dacron, then order the foam a 1/4" thicker than your fabric sewing so it fills out the cover fully. We sell medium firmness outdoor foam in many shapes.

Patio cushion foam from FoamOrder.com has a 1.8 lb/ft³ high density, which makes it hold its shape and firmness for years. In contrast, cheap patio cushions made from polyester fiber flatten quickly with time. Fiber cushions look good and feel good at first but will lose their luster quickly.

After entering your shape's dimensions, you will have the option to choose a Sunbrella fabric. There are two main types to choose from. Sunbrella makes a stiff awning fabric and a light furniture fabric. The stiff awning fabric will last longer but is quite stiff, while the furniture fabric will feel similar to linen.
