Balboa Bed Assembly Instructions

 

  • This bed has been inspected for quality and components prior to shipment. It is recommended that two people assemble the bed per the following instructions to avoid bodily injury or damage to the bed.
  • Please refer to the care and maintenance sheet for care of your product.

 

  1. Carefully unpack the headboard and place it as close as possible to its final assembled location. Unpack side rails (left/right) and lay them in position near the headboard. Unpack the footboard and lay in position at the end of the side rails.
  2. Remove fastening bolts from the headboard and footboard. Place the side rails onto the mounting lip of the headboard.
  3. Place the side rails onto the mounting lip of the footboard. Line up the holes in the side rails with the holes in the headboard and footboard and insert screws.
    NOTE: Do not tighten screws.
  4. Place the metal center support into position and screw firmly into the headboard and footboard. Screw center support into the side rails.
  5. Tighten side rail screws into headboard and footboard.
  6. Remove the long metal slat fasteners from the top of the side rails. Carefully roll out slats in between the side rails. Replace metal slat fasteners and tighten down.
